After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and slightly crushed. To avoid oxidation, grapes are cooled and directly put in the horizontal press, the only way to extract the real muscat aromas from the skin. The alcoholic fermentation takes place ar low temperature and pure alcohol is added ("mutage") to stop fermentation. The Muscats are then aged on the lees for 2 to 3 months and then bottles.

Very aromatic, typical from Muscat, with fresh fruit aromas. Later you discover apricot, peach, litchis aromas, with marmalade notes. This wine is perfect in aperitif or with dessert as per melon and strawberries.
