Total de-stemming of the grapes. Maceration for a period of 20 days. One part is aged in “barriques”, for 6 to 8 months. |

Serve at 16° to 18° Appearance : deep red colour Nose : bouquet of red fruits with a woody hint Palate : powerful but well-balanced, with harmonious and very supple tannins. Aromas of vanilla, liquorice and roasted almonds. It is a supple wine, well-constituted, with a good persistence in the mouth. This wine is particularly recommended with all red meats and accompanies Provencal dishes extremely well.
