| Methods of Vinification : |

Total de-stemming of the grapes. Maceration for a period of 15 days using the technique of the “délestage” for a better extraction of the polyphenols and the anthocyanins Wine is aged in oak barriques, for a period of 6 to 12 months. |
| Wine & Food : |
|
Serve at 16° to 18° Appearance : intense garnet red in colour Nose : this wine develops a bouquet of red ripe fruits, violet and blackcurrant, with a woody and spicy hint on the finish. Palate : round and unctuous, this wine is full and supple. The tannins are present but well-blended, with a long-lasting flavour. This wine is perfect with meats and cheeses, and is well suited to the southern French cuisine.
