Red grape varieties predominate. Powerful and supple with red fruit aromas, Grenache runs alongside the two other famous Rhone varieties – Syrah and Mourvedre.

The production of our white wines, made in limited quantities but of high quality, comes from Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette.

The harvest is not only decided depending on the alcoholic maturity level, but also decided on its phenolic level, which itself is the real indicator of richness and tannin.
